Mission

At 518 eXcelerate, our mission is to grow love for the game of lacrosse and to develop young female athletes who are highly driven, fundamentally sound, and mentally and physically fit to meet the demands of the ever-evolving modern game by providing access to high-caliber coaching as well as competitive training and contests.

We aim to teach players positive on and off-field habits that are essential for success, and we place premium value on demonstrating, teaching and instilling strong leadership, resilient work ethic, accountability, open and honest communication, and first-class sportsmanship to our athletes.
